  • We hold classes Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays in Kitchener (15 Shirk Place) inside MoveStrong gym.

  • There are 6 different packages you can choose from based on your availability and training preference. We have a women’s group class called Ignite and co-ed small group Barbell Club.

I’m Dar, a certified personal trainer, PN nutrition Coach, spin and strength instructor. In the past 7 years of teaching group fitness and 20 years taking group classes, the most important thing I have taken away is how amazing it is to move with people.

What drives me most is making fitness something you can enjoy while reaching big goals-fun, attainable, and measurable.
