We hold classes Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays in Kitchener (15 Shirk Place) inside MoveStrong gym.

There are 6 different packages you can choose from based on your availability and training preference. We have a women’s group class called Ignite and co-ed small group Barbell Club.
